The N-Cloth Optimizer Mel Script for Maya takes your cloth object and duplicates it or a piece of it (as selected) , separating it from the current scene and allows the user to set the cloth preset much faster while disabling all other dynamics in the scene. then copy’s it back to the original object with the new settings. It is a very handy script when you have a heavy mesh scene and you want to check how certain parts of the fabric are going to simulate. By disabling everything else in the scene this enables you to preform much faster modifications to your cloth preset.

Making of the Joker

Check out the making of the joker by Mohammadtaghi Aibaghi Esfehani a talented CG Artist from Iran. He used Maya, Zbrush and PhotoShop for making the realistic CG Joker character.  Artist saw the dark knight posters and decide to try something similar but did not want the character to look like Heath Ledger.
