Planetside released an update of Terragen 2.5.5 for licensed users of the full edition with a few bug fixes and some more enhancements. Planetside also released a free version terragen 2.5….The terragen free versions has limitations as below

E-On has released more information on its new upcoming software The Plant Factory. The Plant Factory is capable of creating plants with unprecedented details. You can easily add details to your plant geometry. You can create procedural vegetation modeling and you can even grow plants on your own objects. E-on has not yet disclosed the pricing yet and The Plant Factory shall be available for purchase in Q2 2013.
